A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration,
Braden has honed his operations skills while working at three of
Union Square Hospitality Group’s restaurants: Marta as a Line Cook,
North End Grill as an Expediter, and Maialino as a Server.
Additionally, Braden has worked with several growing fast-casual
restaurant groups to develop their data practices; namely, Souvla in
San Francisco to develop their Sales Analysis process and Major Food
Group’s Parm brand to develop a tool that analyzes correlations
between food purchases and forecasted demand.
One of the co-founders of MISEbox, Braden built a powerful
restaurant training, communications and digital menus platform from
the ground up, helping thousands of employees learn what they needed
to succeed at their jobs, and providing tens of thousands of guests
with information to help them make more informed purchasing
decisions.
He now works on the Product team at Restaurant365.
